Once design and pricing have been submitted and accepted, all Furniture and most Home Improvement Projects require a minimum 40%, non-refundable deposit, to cover all material costs and a small portion of the labor, before production can begin.

A few days before delivery and installation, several pictures will be supplied of the assembled prodcut at which time a second deposit of 30% will be required leaving a final payment of 30% due at the time delivery or final installation begins.
